Privacy policy
What personal data this website involves and your rights. Last updated 2 November 2026.
Summary
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking. It does not load anything from third-party sites, and it has no forms or user accounts. It covers this website only.
Who we are
The data controller is Quantuity Limited, registered in the Isle of Man with company number 133113C. Contact us about this policy or your data at enquiries@quantuity.com.
When you visit
The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a Google service. When your browser requests a page, it sends information such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser type. Google uses IP addresses to deliver the site and to detect abuse, and says that Firebase Hosting keeps IP data for a few months.
Firebase also gives us overall usage figures, such as the amount of data served, which do not identify individual visitors. We do not use any of this to identify or profile visitors, and we have not turned on any additional logging or analytics.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so there is no cookie banner.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. We use this information to reply and, if your enquiry leads to work, to carry out that work. We keep it for as long as it is needed for those purposes and for legal, accounting and tax obligations, then delete it.
Legal basis
We process the technical data above because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure website. We process email because we have a legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and, where an enquiry leads to a contract, because it is needed to enter into or perform that contract.
Service providers
Google processes data for us for both hosting and email, and may do so outside the Isle of Man, including in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else.
Your rights
Under Isle of Man data protection law, which applies the GDPR through the Data Protection (Application of GDPR) Order 2018, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it
- stop or restrict how we use it
- provide it in a portable format
Email enquiries@quantuity.com to make a request. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Isle of Man Information Commissioner at inforights.im.
Changes
If the way this site handles personal data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
